During the day of your event, do not contact Building Managers, Custodians or Production Crew Members with any setup changes! Any last minute changes must be requested through your advisor. (You may contact a Building Manager for changes if the actual setup does not reflect the setup requested.)

Your advisor will revise and turn in the paperwork to the Reservations Office. Your advisor can also help you design your setup diagram and assess your A/V needs.
All paperwork should be turned in at least 10 days prior to your event!
