  Please note... 

During the day of your event, do not contact Building Managers, Custodians or Production Crew Members with any setup changes!  Any last minute changes must be requested through your advisor.  (You may contact a Building Manager for changes if the actual setup does not reflect the setup requested.)

WUC Reservation Process | Planning Checklist | FAQ

  • Pick up a reservation form from WUC 141 or WUC 325 (or print one from the “Important Documents and Downloads“ page ).
  • Complete the reservation form thoroughly, giving as much information as possible.
  • Turn in all paperwork with setup diagram and A/V needs to your Campus Life Advisor (SOC organizations must first have the paperwork signed by the organization’s individual advisor):

SGC – Craig Cunningham

SPC – Rafael Zapata

SOC – Jene Kapela

  • Your advisor will revise and turn in the paperwork to the Reservations Office.  Your advisor can also help you design your setup diagram and assess your A/V needs.

All paperwork should be turned in at least 10 days prior to your event!
