  Important Notice 
WUC Room Booking Clients: Please keep in mind, while checking a date/room for availability, that the time the group using the space has requested for setup (and not just the event itself) is not reflected in the Booking Details time you see. Therefore, when determining room availability, estimate an additional 2 hours before or after each event for large rooms (i.e. Ballrooms, WUC 155, P. Square) to figure actual room availability.

Also, as a rule of thumb most event set-ups are prepared by WUC Setup Staff a day in advance or with as much lead time as possible. Last minute changes to big set-ups, and or last minute events are discouraged for this reason.
