BY LAWS/ COMMITTEE PROCEDURE The operation of the BBC SPC and its committee will be conducted in order of this constitution and if needed Robert’s Rules of Order. ARTICLE ONE Name of the Organization Section 1. The name of this organization shall be the BISCAYNE BAY CAMPUS FIU STUDENT PROGRAMMING COUNCIL (hereinafter referred to as the BBC SPC).
