The Student Judicial Board serves as the internal standards board of the SGA. The board is assigned responsibilities and duties necessary to maintain proper division of powers, while being the chief agent of interpretation of the SGA Constitution.
The Director of Judicial Affairs trains the Judicial members selected by the Council. The Judicial branch hears complaints and charges against SGA or affiliations. The Chairperson conducts the Judicial Board meetings and is responsible for the dissemination of information regarding the Board.
